PaulSklarXfit365 is a high volume, constantly varying strength and conditioning program specifically designed to transform your body, develop muscle, and keep you lean – 365 days a year.
My program is a life process that I have been using and further developing for over two decades to keep myself consistently in the best shape possible. It is not a 6-week shred or a 12-week transformation. As a professional trainer for more than 25 years I can tell you first hand that short-term plans may work temporarily, but they don’t last. If you’re looking for a quick-fix program, then PaulSklarXfit365 is not for you.
If you are ready commit the time and effort to an intense plan that emphasizes lifetime fitness and combines traditional protocols with outside-the-box exercises and training methods then PaulSklarXfit365 is absolutely the program for you.

How many days per week does PaulSklarXfit365 require and how long do the workouts take?
The PaulSklarXfit365 program is designed around the exact same training schedule I follow. The suggested schedule is 5 days on followed by 2 rest days. However, many members modify the schedule to fit their needs.
The average workout time is 60-90 minutes, but may take a bit shorter or longer depending on your experience and training environment. As mentioned earlier, PaulSklarXfit365 is not a BS quick-fix. If you truly want to see notable results you’ll need to put the time in the gym.
What equipment do I need?
- Must Have:
Barbell, Dumbbells, Weight Plates, Adjustable Bench, Pull Up Bar, Suspension Trainer (TRX or Similar), Resistance Bands (and/or Cable Station)
- Highly Recommended:
Kettlebells, Lebert Equalizers, PaulSklar HIIT System, Squat Rack, Battlerope, Slam Balls, Hex Bar, Heavy or Standard Jump Rope
Do I have to start the PaulSklarXfit365 program at the beginning of the month?
Nope. Once you register you can immediately log in to your Dashboard, download and save the current e-book, and start working out whenever you’re ready. When you’re finished, just download the next e-book volume from your Dashboard. The next scheduled volume release date is always posted on your Dashboard and on the last page of each e-book.
Do you customize the training program or nutritional guidelines to my individual needs?
No. PaulSklarXfit365is not a customized, personal training program and the Nutritional Guide is not a customized meal plan or diet. If you require extensive modifications or accommodations the program may not be the best fit for you.
The Nutritional Guidelines include:
- All of the tips, recommendations, and nutritional strategies that I follow.
- Psychological components for success.
- My personal protein intake.
- A list of foods I consume broken down by:
- Proteins / Healthy Fats / Carbohydrates
- A list of foods that I avoid.
- A sample typical day of eating for me.
- My pre and post-workout nutrition habits.
Is there an app for the PaulSklarXfit 365 program?
No. I have never trained with an app. I’m not a “bells and whistles” kind of guy in the gym. The e-book provides all the exercises, suggested weight, rep counts, and rest periods along with links to video demonstrations – clean and simple. Check out the samples on this page.
Nothing wrong with training apps – there are some good ones out there. But if you can’t or don’t want to train without an app, this is not the program for you.
If you can use an easy to follow e-book with all exercises and rest times clearly laid out and linked to video demos for when you need a quick review, then PaulSklarXfit365 is exactly what you’re looking for.
Can I change my monthly subscription plan to a different plan after I sign up?
Yes you can. Just go to “Change Plan / Cancel / Update Payment Details” on the dropdown menu from your Dashboard and select “Change Plan.” Simply choose the plan you’d like to change to and follow the prompts to complete your change.
What if I decide the PaulSklarXfit365 program is not for me and I want to cancel?
We’ve made it very easy to cancel. You don’t even have to email us. As indicated in our Terms of Service, just go to “Change Plan / Cancel / Update Payment Details” under the dropdown menu in your Dashboard. Then click Cancel.

All you need is the desire to better yourself and a positive attitude! My program works best in a gym or studio space but many exercises can be done in any setting if you have access to recommended equipment.
