What is PaulSklarXfit365?
My program is a life process. It is not a 6-week shred or a 12-week transformation. As a professional trainer for more than 25 years I can tell you first hand that short-term fixes may work temporarily, but they don’t last. You won’t reach your fitness goals AND keep them in that short of a time frame. My program is a life process that I have been using for the last 35 years to keep myself consistently in the best shape possible. Combining my educational, athletic, and personal experience, I have carefully developed the PaulSklarXfit365 training program. It is ever changing, constantly varied, and intense.
What’s included with PaulSklarXfit 365?
As a member of the PaulSklarXfit team, you’ll gain full access to the PaulSklarXfit 365 complete training calendar. Every 28 days I’ll be adding new workouts. You’ll see linked demonstrations of all exercises and have the option to print out an easy to follow e-book. And you’ll be able to join our exclusive, private Facebook group where you can share success stories, post pics of your transformation, and chat with other members of the PaulSklarXfit community. You also have access to our Workout Consistency Tracking System where you will be able to check in, stay accountable, and track your workouts.

How long is the program and how long do the workouts take?
My program is never ending and constantly changing. This is a lifestyle – not a temporary transformation. I didn’t achieve and maintain my results working out in temporary spurts. Consistency over a long period of time has been essential to my success.
What type of equipment is required?
This is a recommended equipment list. It is not essential to have every piece of equipment listed.
However, the more you have access to, the greater your chance of success.
Barbells and Weight Plates, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Adjustable Bench, Pull-up Station/Bars, Slam Balls, Lebert Equalizers, Cable Station and/or Resistance Bands, BattleRope, Suspension Trainer, Heavy or Standard Jump Rope, PaulSklar HIIT System.
Do I have to start the program at the beginning of the month?
The beauty of my workout programming is that you can jump in anytime. You have 20 workouts to complete every 28 days which includes 2 rest days per week. Start at the beginning of any 28 day programming period and move on to the next when you complete all 20 workouts. It’s that simple.
Can I change my monthly subscription plan to an annual plan after I sign up?
Yes you can. Just go to “Subscription Status” on the dropdown menu from your Dashboard and select “Change Plan.” Simply choose the plan you’d like to change to and follow the prompts to complete your upgrade.
What if I decide the program is not for me and I want to cancel?
As indicated in our Terms of Service, to cancel your subscription, just go to Subscription Status under the dropdown menu in your Dashboard. Then click Cancel.
Are you ready for PaulSklarXfit365?
All you need is the desire to better yourself and a positive attitude! My program works best in a gym or studio space but many exercises can be done in any setting if you have access to recommended equipment.
